At Something Blue Weddings, we understand how much your wedding day means to you. That is why we approach every wedding with the utmost care, respect for your vision and attention to every detail.
We are not just one coordinator. We are a dedicated team of experienced coordinators and assistants, always ready to support wherever we are needed most. This allows us to focus fully on you, your guests and everything happening behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth and seamless flow throughout your entire day.
We combine precise planning with a personal approach. We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year so that every couple receives the time, energy and care they truly deserve. We specialise in international weddings, where we effortlessly bring together different cultures, languages and families.
Full wedding planning is always led by Hana, founder of Something Blue Weddings. Wedding day coordination is independently led by our experienced coordinators Natálie, Tereza and Aneta, who share the same approach, values and standards of care.
Throughout your entire collaboration, you will have one dedicated coordinator who knows your wishes, your vision and all the important details of your wedding. This means you always have someone by your side whom you can trust with one of the most important days of your life.
Hana Sedlařík
Founder, Wedding Planner
I am Hana, and I am the person behind Something Blue Weddings. When I created the brand, I wanted to bring together two things that have always been close to me – the ability to manage complex projects and genuine care for people.
I founded Something Blue Weddings with a clear vision – to combine my experience from a complex management environment with work built on trust, relationships and a personal approach. Every wedding is a unique story that deserves not only beautiful execution, but above all a thoughtful approach from the very first idea to the final detail.
What I love most about weddings are the morning preparations. That quiet and unforgettable moment when the day is only just beginning to unfold. There is excitement, joy and a little anticipation in the air, and I love being part of the moment when couples have no idea yet how many beautiful memories are waiting ahead of them.
A significant part of my work consists of international weddings, which are especially close to my heart. I love bringing together different cultures, languages and family stories – this diversity is what gives each wedding its unique atmosphere. I most often work in Czech, English and German.
Natálie
Wedding Coordinator
I am Natálie, and I have loved weddings since I was a child. While planning my own wedding, I realised that this was the world I wanted to dedicate myself to fully.
I bring empathy, attention to detail and a calm presence to every wedding. Thanks to my experience in the medical field, I know how to stay composed even when unexpected situations arise. I naturally notice the needs of those around me and care about making everyone feel comfortable – from the couple to their guests.
What I love most about weddings are the emotions and unique stories behind every couple. My favourite moment is the ceremony itself, when the bride walks towards her partner and, for a moment, it feels as though the rest of the world disappears.
I believe that calmness, empathy and genuine care are what make a wedding day truly special.
Tereza
Wedding Coordinator
I am Tereza, and organisation is something that comes naturally to me. With many years of experience in project coordination, planning and organisation, I know that weddings are the perfect environment to use my strengths.
My strengths lie in organisation, communication and staying calm even when plans unexpectedly change. I naturally think several steps ahead, love creating timelines and pay close attention to the small details that most guests never notice – yet these are often the things that determine how smoothly and naturally the entire day flows.
My favourite moment at weddings is the time just before the ceremony begins. Everything is ready, guests are eagerly waiting and there is a sense of anticipation in the air that, in just a few moments, one of the most important days in two people’s lives will begin.
My goal is for everything to feel so natural and effortless that nobody notices how much work happens behind the scenes.
Aneta
Wedding Coordinator
I am Aneta, and I was drawn to weddings through my love for beauty, aesthetics and flowers. After studying event management, I discovered a world where creativity, design and meaningful human stories naturally come together.
In my work, I combine an eye for aesthetics with a practical approach. I naturally connect the different elements of the day, notice the details and look for solutions that make everything feel calm, harmonious and effortless.
My favourite moment is when every detail comes together as one – the beautifully prepared spaces, flowers, décor and the atmosphere created by the people who have gathered to celebrate something truly special.
I believe an unforgettable wedding is created when a beautiful vision meets thoughtful organisation.

And we found the perfect planner: Hana.
Already during the first meeting, we realized that Hana is a perfect match for us. She understood exactly what we wanted, made great suggestions based on her rich experience and she has a kind and empathic personality, which made every meeting a pleasure.
During the planning process, we had a mix of online meetings and meetings in Prague, which was convenient for us and Hana was always flexible to make those meetings possible. Hana made great suggestions for all the aspects of the wedding, from possible locations, photographers, bakeries, ceremonialists and all other service providers that we need for the wedding. She has a network of great people who give their best to make a wedding perfect. We visited several locations together and Hana was very patient with us. When we found the perfect location for us, Hana coordinated everything with the location that we chose.
Hana always had a focus on how all of our ideas connect with each other and created a matching vision for our wedding day out of this.
Then, we created a plan for the day together, where Hana gave great advice for every step to ensure that we had a great program but realistic based on her experience so it was not too full or busy to make it stressful. She also coordinated the plan with the suppliers so everyone knew exactly what we expected. And even when we had some ideas that came quite late in the planning process, she always supported us to make our idea into a reality.
Another important aspect where Hana helped us a lot was getting the right documents for the civil ceremony, which was challenging as documents from 4 countries were needed. Hana held the communication with the civil registry office and made sure we delivered the right documents and in the end it all worked perfectly.
During the wedding day, Hana and her team took care of everything and she made sure everything went smoothly.
All of our guests told us afterwards how great Hana was, how she helped with every need and supported whenever help was needed. For us, this helped to make a great experience, as we were able to focus on the celebration and our guests. When we were at weddings as guests, we often had the feeling the couple had no time to talk to the guests enough. But Hana made exactly that possible for us. We had such a peace of mind that we could be there for our guests, and that is all thanks to Hana and her wonderful team.
Hana, we can not thank you enough for making our wedding truly the happiest celebration we ever had in our life. We truly couldn’t have it done without you, your passion, your empathy and your kindness.
