Even if your wedding is held in the Czech Republic, it is often an international event where family and friends from different parts of the world come together. Language barriers can be a challenge, but I will help you overcome this obstacle. I am capable of planning and coordinating your wedding in Czech, German, and English, either in one of these languages or in a combination of them. And if you have guests who speak French or Swedish, I can understand them as well and thus ensure they feel welcome.

My mission is to ensure your wedding is perfectly prepared and that everyone enjoys it and remembers it fondly. With ten years of experience in event management and eight years in managerial positions, I can confidently say that no situation will catch me off guard. A meticulously planned wedding and careful selection of vendors are key to success. However, should any unexpected situation arise, I will handle it in such a way that you ideally won’t even notice.

We create a cohesive concept that connects the venue, atmosphere, and all visual details. We prepare ideas for décor, stationery, and other elements so that everything feels elegant, natural, and timeless.

03 We manage the planning process

We coordinate all vendors, keep track of deadlines, the budget, and every important detail. We prepare the timeline, arrange logistics, transportation, guest accommodation, and seating arrangements. You always stay informed and in control, without having to manage the everyday organizational details.

The choice of your venue, vendors, and individual details is entirely in your hands. Throughout the planning process, you can benefit from our experience through up to 4 hours of consultations, which can be divided according to your needs.

We are happy to help you with important decisions, recommend trusted vendors, and share our experience from dozens of weddings.

If needed, additional consultation hours can also be arranged.

02 You hand over all important details

A few weeks before your wedding, we will go through everything we need to know to ensure a smooth wedding day. During two coordination meetings, we will carefully review your timeline, vendors, contacts, logistics, key transitions, and all important arrangements.

Thanks to this detailed handover, we fully understand how you have planned your wedding and can smoothly coordinate the day according to your vision.

03 We coordinate your wedding day

On your wedding day, we are there from the first preparations until the evening program. We coordinate vendors, keep track of the timeline, respond to unexpected situations, and make sure every part of the day flows naturally.

Meanwhile, you can focus on what truly matters – enjoying every moment with your loved ones.
